Wine Fairs

Grown up in a 200 year-old farmhouse in Styria - with family juggling between medical practice and a small-scale farm - Kathrin approached the world of wine in the late 90’s, in the bustling and effervescent London scene, when natural wines with integrated biodynamic techniques and least human intervention, were grasping their first stage and attention. While at the University of Gastronomic Sciences she served the tasting panel of the Italian Wine Guide published by Slow Food and Gambero Rosso, furthered education with Frank Cornelissen and Sandro Sangiorgi, and finally worked with the finest international wine merchants in scouting estates and wines intertwined with character, nature and identity. Distinctive fairs like VinNatur, Vini Veri, RAW, are unique venues where to savour real wines and get deep into the Italian fermented grape juice heritage.
