With Italy as an epicenter of the pandemic, our goal is to spread a message of solidarity to the countless producers, farmers, and artisans hit by this crisis. We began to call them one by one in early March with a goal to build a network of support in these uncertain times. This blog serves as a platform for that network; to share stories of hope and togetherness as we see a light at the end of the tunnel. As school children hang drawings of rainbows outside windows all over Italy with the words “Tutto andrà bene”—everything will be fine—we believe we can build strength together as a united front of food and drink makers and evangelists.
