Since the early 2000’s we have been involved with a number of events celebrating food & wine in all forms. It all started in Torino with Salone del Gusto and Terra Madre, vesting the world with the challenge of food biodiversity and supporting farmers on a global scale. Then came Cheese in Bra which promotes raw milk artisan production and diversity of breeds. In late winter, Taste, in Florence, is dedicated to excellence in flavors and food lifestyles. Distinctive fairs like VinNatur, Vini Veri, RAW, are unique venues where to savour real wines and get deep into the Italian fermented grape juice heritage. There are countless more regional events which led to Italy hosting a food-focused World’s Fair known as EXPO Milan 2015. Every time we take food professionals, hospitality group or importers to experience these events first hand, they are inspired by the growing world of fine Italian food.
